Join us for a dynamic, interactive, and experiential event exploring the healing and spiritual qualities of sacred sound and movement.

Our journey begins with an ecstatic dance session led by DJ and master practitioner Erik Lieux. Ecstatic dance is a form of body movement in which practitioners surrender to the rhythm, moving freely as the music takes them and leading to an altered state of consciousness akin to meditation. Ecstatic dancers describe feeling connected to others, to the Earth, and to their own emotions and inner being. Ecstatic dance has been practiced throughout human history by many cultures and faith traditions as a way of attaining not only inner serenity but also enlightenment and connection to the divine.

Next, we move into alert stillness with master sound healing practitioner Rich Gausman. Rich will elevate the collective vibration through the use of gongs and quartz crystal bowls, creating a healing immersive experience. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the physical body. As we resonate with the vibration, we shift our brainwave state through entrainment, moving us from our normal beta state (waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and finally to theta (meditative state).

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water bottle.

Space is very limited, so please register early.
